About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. The role involves developing potential customers, expanding the market, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position also entails product presentations, order processing, and resolving technical issues promptly.
Responsibilities
Develop potential customers and expand the market to achieve performance goals.
Regularly visit customers to nurture stable relationships.
Conduct product presentations and provide quotations.
Efficiently process customer orders.
Manage matters related to account collection.
Respond promptly to technical inquiries and issues raised by customers.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of related manufacturing sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Fluency in both English and Chinese.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent customer orientation and business acumen.
Capability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
