About the Role

As the world-leading indoor air pollution control platform, we are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to expand our sales efforts in the United State. This role will be responsible for overseeing legal, administrative, human resources, financial, performance, and cost management aspects while ensuring comprehensive operational excellence.


  • Lead and manage the establishment and growth of sales operations.

  • Oversee legal, administrative, and financial matters to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

  • Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business performance and growth.

  • Monitor costs, budgets, and financial metrics while making data-driven decisions.

  • Spearhead marketing and sales initiatives to expand market presence and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment with the corporate's mission and vision.


  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a preference for candidates having held CEO/COO/business/marketing roles.

  • Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.

  • Demonstrated expertise in operational leadership, business strategy, and team management.

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

  • Experience in HVAC, Air Purifier, or Air Quality industries is advantageous.
